In Quebec, the profession of veterinary medicine is an exclusive practice profession. This means that, any person must hold a permit from the Ordre des médecins vétérinaires du Québec and be registered on the Order's roll,
to practice the profession.

NOTICE OF PRACTICE OF THE PROFESSION OF

VETERINARIAN WITHIN A COMPANY

 

Be advised that the Ordre des médecins vétérinaires du Québec has authorized as of:

August 2, 2022.

To henceforth carry out her professional activities within the:

Service vétérinaire ChatRoule Inc.
 

A duly incorporated company (SPA),

 

The members of the Ordre des médecins vétérinaires du Québec who carry on their professional activities there, are not personally liable for the faults of the company or other veterinarians practising within the company.

 

Veterinarians who carry out professional activities there, will be personally liable for any faults they may commit in the performance of their duties.
